About Us
Our story began when Founder, Bonnie Sussman Strominger was at a Movie Theater. She took a bad tumble getting into her seat and soaked a row of people with soda, hot dogs, popcorn & snacks.
Looking at the angry faces, while ungluing herself from a sticky floor, she knew how we handle food & drink was outdated. There had to be a solution!
Over time she observed people with this problem at take-out, in cars at drive-thrus, sporting events, parks, family outings and more. All of them overloaded with phones in every hand, other tech, packages, strollers, kids etc...
That's when GoLidZ was born. Solutionary cup lids that create all in-one handheld convenience, like you've never experienced. A new packaging category on a mission to change the way we consume our favorite snacks anytime and anywhere.

RETURNS:
Only product that was shipped incorrectly can be returned after an evaluation of the order. If accepted, the box must be returned completely unopened, in its original condition.
Due to food & beverage packaging, and Covid-19 safety regulations, no returns can be accepted unless special circumstances exist, i.e., you received the wrong size on your order. We thank you for your understanding, and work to ensure you are always satisfied with your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No exchanges will be honored unless you were shipped the wrong size or received damaged product.
