Are they TOP HEAVY?
No, our designs are built for strong stability & balance! Ridges you see on the LidZ are strategically placed for this purpose.
When the drink goes down, DOES THE CUP TIP right over?
Not at all, the top can be fully loaded, and the drink can go down to a few ounces of liquid only and still be stabilized.
When you squeeze the cup, DOES THE LID POP OFF the cup?
No, in fact you can squeeze the cup and they still will not come off. Our design is engineered to fit tighter than any standard lid.
Is there ANY INTERACTION at all between hot food in the lid and cold beverage in the cup?
None whatsoever. We have tested every scenario possible. Our lids are a thick gauge, but aside from that, HEAT RISES, you cannot argue with PHYSICS!
Do they LEAK?
No, with the proper fit (as shown on the back of the box) you will be good to GO!
Does the COVER POP OPEN?
No, in fact, there is a lock in the front to ensure you are safe with protected & sanitary food and beverage on the go. You can rest easy knowing the contents are not exposed to any air contaminants.
Are GoLidZ RESEALABLE?
Yes, in fact, when the cover locks open on 2 back posts (see lid diagram). You will be able to open and close at your leisure, eating a little, and maybe saving some for later!
Are GoLidZ REUSABLE?
Absolutely, we strongly encourage you to reuse them. They can be sanitized with anti-bacterial soap and laid flat to dry. They cannot be placed in the dishwasher. They are incredibly strong & sturdy, its likely they can last for months with proper handling.

RETURNS:
Only product that was shipped incorrectly can be returned after an evaluation of the order. If accepted, the box must be returned completely unopened, in its original condition.
Due to food & beverage packaging, and Covid-19 safety regulations, no returns can be accepted unless special circumstances exist, i.e., you received the wrong size on your order. We thank you for your understanding, and work to ensure you are always satisfied with your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No exchanges will be honored unless you were shipped the wrong size or received damaged product.
